Julie Bowker
Julie serves as a teacher in our T1 classroom and as the Fun Friday Director, and has been part of Faith MMO since 2012. After moving to Watkinsville in 2011, her own children attended MMO—and once they finished, Julie knew she wasn’t ready to leave. She began as a floater and transitioned into her T1 role in 2020, while remaining actively involved in Fun Friday programming. Julie loves watching children grow and transform over the course of the school year, celebrating how much they learn and develop along the way.

Julie values the strong sense of fellowship and shared vision among the Faith MMO staff and loves being part of such a unified, supportive team. In her classroom, she hopes each child feels cared for and enjoys building relationships with both classmates and teachers. Outside of MMO, Julie has two sons—Tyler, a freshman at the University of Georgia, and Corey, a junior at North Oconee High School. She enjoys playing pickleball and mahjong, and also works as the Purchasing Manager at Bethlehem Christian Academy. Julie loves salty snacks, iced coffee or fruity drinks, relaxing at the spa, and shopping on Amazon. Fun fact: her family moved from Maryland in 2011, and MMO has been part of their lives ever since!
