Resources for the Family
At Faith Mother’s Morning Out, we believe in supporting not just each child—but the whole family. Whether you’re looking for developmental guidance, community support, or helpful tools for everyday life, we’re here to walk alongside you.
Below you’ll find trusted resources to help you nurture your child’s growth—academically, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Child Development & Milestones
Understanding your child’s growth can bring both confidence and peace of mind. These resources offer helpful guidance on developmental milestones and what to expect at each stage:

These tools can help you better understand your child’s development and identify areas where extra support may be beneficial.
Community & Family Support
If you ever have concerns about your child’s development or need additional support, there are wonderful (and free!) local resources available. Listed are the two primary age-based options:
Babies Can’t Wait: Georgia’s statewide early intervention program for children birth to age 3 with developmental delays. Free evaluations are available, and services can be provided in partnership with our MMO program. » CLICK HERE
Oconee County Public Schools: Offers developmental screenings and services for children age 3-5 who may have delays in speech, motor development, etc. Free Child Find screenings are available monthly at Colham Ferry Elementary School and include hearing, vision, speech, and developmental assessments. If a child is already in Babies Can’t Wait, they transition services seamlessly to Oconee County schools the day they turn 3. » CLICK HERE
These services can help identify needs early and connect your family with the right support.
Support for Physical & Financial Needs
We understand that families may face different seasons, and support is available when needed:
Local food pantries and mobile pantry services » Food Bank of NEGA
ACTS (Area Churches Serving Together) for assistance with basic needs
Scholarship Opportunities
Faith MMO offers partial scholarships to help make our program accessible to more families. If you are interested, please fill out this form and return to the MMO Director (juliad@faithpcachurch.org).
