Register for the 2026-2027 School Year
Update for 2026-2027 Registration: As of March 25, we have a few spots still available in our Pre-K class. All other classes are full and a waitlist has been started. If you are interested in your child attending MMO next year, please go ahead and fill out a registration form and choose “Waitlist” at the end of the form. You will be contacted when something becomes available!
Registration for 2026-2027 is Open
Online registration begins January 6, with placements and waitlist decisions made on February 6. All families will be notified by mid-February.
Please note: Registration fees are non-refundable if a spot is offered. MMO fills quickly, so we encourage you to complete your registration form as soon as possible.

2026–2027 Program Details
Faith MMO is a 2-day/week program meeting on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM, running mid-August through mid-May. Each day is filled with play-based learning, structured activities, and social time. Children should bring a packed lunch or hearty snack.
Tuition & Payments
Tuition is split into 9 monthly payments
First payment due July 15, remaining payments due at the beginning of September–April
No payment in May
Invoices sent monthly and due by the 10th
$25 late fee if payment is not received before the 10th
Payment methods: ACH or check
Costs
Registration Fee: $150/child or $175/family (non-refundable if spot is offered)
Monthly Tuition: $230/child, $210 for each additional sibling
Late Pick-Up Fee: $5 per 10 minute increment
Partial scholarships are available (separate application required).
2026-2027 Registration Guidelines
I. Current MMO families, Faith Presbyterian Church members and siblings of current/former students.
Completed forms with registration/supply fee ($150/indiv, $175/family) must be submitted by Feb 6, 2026 to guarantee acceptance. Registrations later than this date will be put on a waitlist for consideration.
Acceptance notices will be emailed in mid-February.
II. Families who are new to MMO
Completed forms with registration/supply fee ($150/individual, $175/family) may be submitted anytime prior to February 6, 2026.
Registrations will be held until February 6, 2026. If more forms are submitted than spots available, a lottery will be held on that date. Registration fee will be reimbursed only if your child does not receive a placement. If you receive a spot and choose to decline, then the registration fee will not be refunded.
Acceptance emails will be sent in mid-February.
Registration will continue until all classes are full. (Note: MMO usually fills up by early February.)
*IF YOU ARE REGISTERING MORE THAN ONE CHILD, PLEASE FILL OUT A SEPARATE REGISTRATION FORM FOR EACH CHILD. HOWEVER, YOU MAY CHOOSE THE “FAMILY” FEE AND ARE ONLY REQUIRED TO SUBMIT PAYMENT ON ONE FORM.
